Berlin, 19 September 2022: Ginmon, one of the leading digital asset managers in Germany, is collaborating with the Berlin-based infrastructure fintech Upvest to enhance its technology infrastructure and provide its end customers with secure and technologically reliable access to a wide range of globally diversified ETF-based trend investments. The partnership will offer end customers immediate onboarding along with a high degree of digitalization and automation, in addition to a new product line alongside the existing ETF-based investment solutions.
“Given the persistently low interest rates, rising inflation, and an ever-growing pension gap, we see that the demand for attractive investment opportunities such as ETFs will continue to rise,” says Lars Reiner, CEO of Ginmon, adding: “We want to provide our customers with the best possible solutions to manage their personal finances and retirement planning easily. Together with Upvest, we have built a scalable wealth management platform that allows us to offer our customers quick and reliable access to various ETF-based asset management solutions.
Martin Kassing, CEO and founder of Upvest: “We are proud to collaborate with Ginmon, one of the leading independent digital asset managers in the German market, to expand its ETF portfolio offering. This is a significant milestone for us to become the technological backbone for all fintechs wanting to provide their end customers with secure access to capital markets and crypto assets.”
Upvest's investment API provides Ginmon access to new growth opportunities and allows the company to quickly and flexibly implement further use cases together with Upvest. In light of rising investment volumes and the demand for automated digital investment solutions, this is a significant step towards jointly advancing a variety of new products, opening up new markets, and providing private investors with immediate access to the full spectrum of capital markets.
